Our mission is simple but powerful: to build the most advanced advertising capabilities in the industry, making SMG the go-to partner for retailers and brands who want to lead, not follow. Our Global Technology team powers SMG’s digital ecosystem — building and maintaining the tools and systems that keep us connected, efficient, and ahead of the curve.

It brings together two core functions that work hand in hand to deliver seamless operations and smart innovation 1. Platform Tech: Develops and runs Plan-Apps, SMG’s proprietary platform and the backbone of how we deliver insights, campaigns, and results. The team designs, improves, and evolves our tech to make complex data simple – driving smarter, faster decisions for clients. 2. IT: Keeps the business running smoothly – managing our infrastructure, software, and cybersecurity while supporting every employee with the tools and access they need to work securely and confidently.
