We want our people to feel supported both inside and outside of work. We’ve built a benefits package that reflects what matters most. This includes things like extra days off for your wellbeing, a personal fund to support new learning opportunities, a yearly well-being allowance, and healthcare support, as well as extras that bring us together socially. We’re committed to making a positive impact beyond the work we do with our clients. As part of our CSR approach, we currently partner with Centrepoint, supporting their mission through fundraising, volunteering, and awareness-building across our teams. We also have a dedicated sustainability group named SMGreen who organise business wide initiatives focused on giving back to the environment.

We provide a flexible and hybrid working environment to support finding the right balance for you. We put the trust and confidence into your hands to ensure you’re able to fulfil both business and personal needs.
We have head offices in London, Leeds, Manchester and New York. In addition, we have dedicated client office workspaces in Liverpool, Nottingham and Bradford, where our teams work closely alongside our clients. Each job advert will state where the role is usually based, but we of course work flexibly!

We’re currently not operating an early careers programme however we do hire entry level/associate level roles where our hiring process will focus more on behaviours vs workplace experience. We are hoping to launch something in the near future so watch this space!
We are here to support everyone to do the best job and interview they possibly can. As part of the application process, you’ll be asked if you need any reasonable adjustments. Please use that section to let us know what you need so we can support you. This could include an alternative way of applying, extra support with understanding the role and its requirements, or adjustments to the way we hold our interviews.
We are on the more casual side of smart casual, but what we do say is that it is best to ‘dress for your day’ so wearing what is most appropriate for the working day.

We’re not looking for any recruitment support right now. We have a dedicated Talent team who hire the majority of the roles we need. But we’ll let you know if that changes!
